In the quiet town of Maynard, North Carolina, Police Chief Clay Finley is used to handling small crimes and familiar faces. But when a local robbery turns personal, that order begins to collapse.

One of the masked suspects is his estranged brother, Tyson.

Before Clay can gather evidence, the case escalates. A wife disappears. A bank is robbed. What first looks like a string of unrelated crimes begins to feel deliberate-and deeply personal.

As Clay digs deeper, he uncovers disturbing links: a hidden weapons cache, a missing photograph, and two murders that might just suggest something far larger is unfolding beneath the surface of Maynard.

Then federal agents arrive.
